How to Verify a JGPep+ Research Batch

Follow a practical batch-verification workflow using the vial label, lot reference, COA record and product documentation.

Match the physical label

Record the product name, stated amount and batch or lot reference exactly as shown on the vial. Check packaging integrity and keep photographs or receiving notes according to your laboratory procedure.

Do not substitute a document from another strength, product or batch even when the product name appears similar.

Locate the corresponding record

Use the COA library or contact JGPep+ with the complete batch reference. Match the document's sample identity and batch field to the received material, then review the issue date, laboratory details, methods and results.

If a document is unavailable or a field does not match, quarantine the material within your normal process and request clarification before laboratory use.

Keep an auditable review

Store the document with receiving and inventory records. Note the reviewer, review date and outcome so later work can be traced back to the same batch.

Verification supports record keeping; it does not replace the laboratory's own qualification, risk assessment or analytical controls.
