Start with the batch number
Check your vial or packaging for the product name, listed quantity and batch or lot number. Include these details when requesting documentation.
If you cannot find a batch number, send us a clear photograph of the label so we can help identify the product.
02 · REVIEW THE REPORT
Read what was measured
Look for the sample identification, report date, testing laboratory, methods and reported results. Check that the identifiers match the product and batch you are investigating.
A certificate applies to the sample and tests described. Do not assume it covers tests or properties that are not reported.
03 · ASK A QUESTION
Check before your experiment
If an identifier is unclear or your project needs a particular test, contact us before relying on the report. Tell us what information you need so we can check availability.
Laboratory suitability depends on your own project requirements and the supporting documentation.

Please include the product name, listed quantity and batch or lot number. If your question relates to an order, add the order number too.
A report is specific to its scope
Identity, purity, content and sterility are different properties. A result for one does not establish the others. Review the actual tests, methods and sample details rather than relying on a headline percentage.
